Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all marketing activities for the products under your responsibility. You will craft the positioning for products and you will develop and implement marketing programs that support branding and drive demand. Open-minded, be able to see the “big picture” along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. In your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will be the expert in customers & buyers, their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel. Essentially, you will be the “go to” person for the products under your responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market
• Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
• Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
• Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and the entire market
• Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products
• Responsible for the: execution of product marketing plan, coordination of advertising and promotion events, and campaign evaluation

Requirements

• 5+ years of software or similar B2B product marketing experience
• Bachelor’s in business or marketing; Master’s degree in similar field will be considered a plus
• Very strong written communication skills in Greek and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and full service agency
• Hands on experience with social media platforms and digital media
