HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
• Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.Suggest new HR strategies for employee engagement
• Participate in performance review procedures and undertake tasks in performance management and compensation & benefits strategy
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• Participate in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, by implementing effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics and resolve issues and problems, providing a high level of customer service orientation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
• MSc in Human Resources will be considered as a plus
• At least 5 years working experience in the HR Field
• Desired experience in Learning & Development or Performance Management
• Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
