Τhe investment scheme “EPSILON NET S.A.” and “SPACE HELLAS S.A.” (“the Buyers”) on the one hand and ‘’MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A.” (“MIG”) on the other hand hereby announce, for the purpose of complete information of the investors, that following the completion of the confirmatory legal and accounting due diligence by the Buyers, the transfer of MIG’s (direct and indirect) participation in “SINGULARLOGIC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS S.A.” amounting to 99.61%, to the Buyers, will take place on Monday January 11 2021 in accordance with the terms of the sale and purchase agreement between the parties, dated 27.11.2020.
