Epsilon Net Group of Companies actively supports the digital transformation of small and medium-sized businesses & freelancers in the process of their transition to myDATA platform of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE), which becomes mandatory as of July 1, 2021. The cooperation with Eurobank takes place within this context for the transition of businesses to myDATA of AADE, through the electronic invoicing products of the Epsilon Smart series, which the businesses - customers of Eurobank, will be able to obtain with preferential subsidy terms provided by the Bank, through its subsidiary, Business Exchanges.
The agreement provides, among other things, the possibility of online communication with the accounting office, which supports (or cooperates with) the business, as well as access to up-to-date information and support services in matters of legal compliance & technological innovation. The benefits and opportunities for businesses were presented today at an online event on “myDATA & Electronic Pricing” organized by Eurobank.
The event began with the statement of Eurobank’s Deputy CEO, Mr. Andreas Athanasopoulos, while the Governor of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue, Mr. George Pitsilis, as guest of honor, the President of Epsilon Net IT Group of Companies, Mr. Ioannis Michos and the General Manager of Retail Banking of Eurobank, Mr. Iakovos Giannaklis addressed a greeting. At the event, which was attended by more than 1,000 businesses, Mr. Apostolos Boutos, Advisor to the Governor at AADE, presented myDATA as well as the options and obligations of businesses in the context of electronic invoicing, while Mr.Dimitris Oikonomou, Deputy General Manager & Head of Small Business Banking Segment and Mr. Panos Theodorou, Director of Small Business Banking Segment’s Strategic & Commercial Development Sector, also referred to the Bank's strategy for supporting small and medium-sized businesses.
