EPSILON NET Group received one of the most important awards in its history, as it was ranked 10th in the large companies category (500+ employees) in Europe's Best Workplaces 2022, among thousands of companies from all over Europe that claimed the distinction. With the motto #PeopleHaveThePower, EPSILON NET Group is among the top companies with the best working environment in Europe for the third time. Moreover, it holds the highest position of a Greek Company in the institution! The brilliant award ceremony was organized by the Great Place to Work international organization and took place on Thursday, September 8^th 2022 in Venice. The award was received by the Group HR Director, Nasia Skountzou.

The Great Place to Work organization assesses and awards exemplary working environments in more than 21 countries. The Europe's Best Workplaces awards list is compiled following an anonymous survey in which employees are asked to rate the company they work for in relation to the key factors that define a great workplace for everyone. This distinction is of particular significance, as more than 1.4 million employees from 3,000 companies in Europe participated in the Great Place to Work European survey.

This award is the justification for the commitment of the Group Management towards all employees for continuous improvement of the working environment. The Group continuously invests in the personal development of its employees, in the continuous strengthening of their knowledge & skills, while at the same time offering a comprehensive reward framework. The new distinction is the culmination of a great development course for the Group, during which it consolidated its presence as the largest Business Software Group in Greece with over 1,200 qualified executives.
