Systems Engineer

Your Role & Responsibilities
• Maintain, Monitor and Manage Computer Systems and Network Infrastructure
Install, Upgrade, Configure, Optimize and Troubleshoot Hardware and Software
• Implement security protocols and procedures
• Document processes
• Backup, archive and restore data
• Onboard and Train Users
• Provide Support to, and get feedback from, end users with patient, professionalism and can-do attitude
Your Skills & Qualifications
• At least 2 - 3 year experience in the field of system administration
• Experience in Microsoft Server environments
• Knowledge of Directory services and Hyper-V
• Understanding of computer network infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good Communication and customer facing skills
• Ability to diagnose, analyze and solve problems
• Deliver results on a timely manner
Additional Knowledge and Certifications on the following fields will be an asset:
• Azure Cloud
• M365 (Office Online)
• Exchange
• MS SQL
• Cisco Networks and telephony
• Fortinet Networks
