Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for outbound calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve sales target.


Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to existing and potential customers over the telephone in order to present them Enterprise Software products or solutions
  • Generate promising leads and direct them to the sales team
  • Keep and update customer information in the database
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and needs
  • Maintain good relationships with customers


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as telesales representative
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs such as CRM software
  • Ability to learn about software products and describe them
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field will be an asset


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (including both verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
